It is your job to embed our hive network across organisations. You’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the fastest growing technology companies such as Secret Escapes, Unmind and CharlieHR. You’ll work closely with the C-Suite and management team learning how they operate on a day to day basis.

FYXER is owned and operated by CEO Richard Hollingsworth and CRO Archie Hollingsworth. You’ll work closely with the owners and other senior leaders in this established but fast paced environment such as our Head of Client Success Gemma Osula and COO Louise Ware.

Summary of Role
FYXER Account Managers (AMs) work fully remotely, are the direct point of contact with clients and know their clients’ businesses deeply.  Account Managers lead a team and know how to get the best out of people to deliver exceptional service. You will collaborate with other AMs to identify best practice and share continuous improvement.

Reports to Account Director

Client Management:
  • Is the day to day point of contact with a portfolio of clients
  • Project manage task execution and deliver some high value tasks
  • Ensure excellent client health
  • Onboard new clients 
  • Identify and close additional account development opportunities
  • Identify areas where clients could get more from the FYXER service
  • Run Discovery for new clients and produce Discovery reports

 Team Management:
  • Manage the allocation of work streams  effectively to the team
  • Identify effective resource allocation against budget 
  • Accountable for effective team performance 
  • Any other tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by Head of Client Success

 Experience:
  • 5+ years direct client facing experience 
  • Confident stakeholder management
  • Know how to get  the best out of people
  • Commercially aware and target driven
  • Analytical skills, ability to make data-led decisions 
  • Project management and budgeting skills
  • Able to mobilise a team against changing priorities 
  • Technologically savvy 
  • Organised and effective time manager
  • Efficiencies, continual improvement approach
  • Positive attitude towards remote work
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced ever-evolving environment
 
During the first six months you will: 
  • Work with the other AMs and AD to refine how the role is executed 
  • Help define appropriate portfolio size for AM role and Senior AM role
  • Help define progression path to senior AM
  • Help define effective team performance framework
  • Help identify suitable bonus structure based upon portfolio efficiency and growth
 
What FYXER offer

 This role is also available on a contractor agreement (self-employed).   Contractors are not eligible for employee benefits.
