About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for Astrology Experts looking to join a successful and highly ambitious product company. You will join our Astrologers department as an efficient, assertive, professional Chat Operator.
In this role, you will supply astrological advice to our clients via real-time chat. You will be able to participate in all training and learnings while onboarding.
Employment
Please note that for this role, your employment status will be as a Full-time independent contractor or self-employed.
What you'll do
Provide astrologically and grammatically correct answers to client questions according to their Natal Chart information.
Prepare responses to astrology queries.
Prepare responses by computing the position of the planets, their relationship to each other, and zodiac signs based on factors such as the time and place the subject was born.
Promote astrology as a professional and responsible subject that exists for the benefit of all.
Adhere and meet target requirements as set out by Management.
About you
A good understanding of astrological movement and its relevance would be beneficial.
Compassionate attitude towards customers, who may be sensitive, vulnerable, or concerned about the future. Discretion is also essential.
An ability to communicate clearly and with confidence in a one-on-one situation.
Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
Ability to respond to numerous messages daily and deliver them within the agreed timeframe.
Excellent command of the English language. This is essential and must be proficient.
Experience in astrology or a keen interest in the subject.
Initiative, proactive, confident mindset.
