Personality / fitment:

  • A minimum of 4 - 5 yrs of experience working in the HR function (processes ranging from hire to retire) preferably in a startup environment.
  • Should be able to hold their own, independent & proactive, have great communication skills, and be self-driven.
  • Is a team player with a higher sense of connection to the shared goal and does not work in a silos.
  • Would love an MBA grad but a Bachelors degree in any field is a minimum requirement.

Skills & Attitude:

  • Should be a champion on most HR processes from onboarding to talent engagement, talent management and talent retention.
  • Should be confident and comfortable in positioning the HR function as a partner to the business.
  • Should work closely with the BU/ Function Head and managers to identify employee concerns/ gaps and suggest reasonable and best practice solutions.
  • Should be able to identify and analyse trends within the BU when partnering with HR to come up with policies, programs and initiatives.
  • Is able to interpret HR policies within the context of the BU and solve problems effectively.
  • Owns up attrition within the function and is able to intervene and mitigate risks.
