Job Summary:
Lead generation specialists in Creative Chaos are responsible for generating new business leads that will eventually become clients or customers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential client's needs and recommending appropriate products or services
- Research, track, maintain and update leads
- Maintaining contact with leads and prospects through email, phone calls, mailings, and other methods of communication
- Providing information about company products and services to potential clients
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that clients receive high-quality service from start to finish
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth in specific industries
- Listening to customer needs and responding with relevant solutions to meet those needs
- Identifying new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and contacting them to set up appointments with sales representatives
- Identifying potential client's needs and recommending appropriate products or services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
- Atleast 5-8 years of sales experience with offshore clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to establish a strong business relationship with leads/members.
