You have an engineering background and are an expert in paid media. You are passionate about applying your analytical mindset in an early-stage startup. You understand and enjoy working with data and analytics, and approach decisions in a structured and well-rounded fashion with the ability for divergent out of the box creative thinking.

You are laser-focused on finding and serving customers that match our ideal customer profile. You have a strong ability to map business strategy to paid marketing activities and showcase results. You demonstrate a strong work ethic and take extreme ownership of your work.

You are comfortable working creatively in a fast-paced environment with a kick-ass team. You are an expert in reaching the ideal customer across multiple channels and platforms. You are obsessed with measurement, metrics and iterative experimentation in paid media.

Job duties

  • Develop, present and implement sustainable and aggressive growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention and monetization
  • Collaborate with Brand and Product teams on the strategy to make your paid channels successful.
  • Plan and build paid performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook (including Instagram), and others.
  • Measure, track and optimize paid media campaigns to improve cost efficiency and acquisition efficacy
  • Determine & track return on investment of various forms of paid marketing
  • Run strategic and tactical campaigns and experiments across paid and unpaid media to uncover key business insights and opportunities for scalable user development
  • Identify and optimize growth channels to drive growth across products
  • Provide inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising etc.)
  • Collaborate with product teams to communicate customer insights that arise through paid marketing


  • BS/MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in paid media / performance marketing roles - ideally on mobile app products
  • Expert on Google Ads and other paid performance marketing channels
  • Strong experience with paid marketing on Facebook/Instagram
  • Experience evaluating and integrating with ad tech platforms
  • Expert in analytics, able to ingest, parse, segment and analyze large, complex data sets
  • Ability to dashboard, report and summarize these data sets to provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive efficient growth
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
  • A healthy “It’s better to ask for forgiveness than permission” attitude
  • A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience
  • Experience in adapting to a fast-paced and evolving business
  • Strong command of English language, both verbal and written, a must
