Payroll Tax Specialist - USA

Description:
Provide outstanding tax services support by responding to and researching tax inquiries
Responsible for quarterly tax balancing and filing of tax returns in all jurisdictions including Canada
Experience with reconciling 941 tax forms
Frequent communication with customers and taxing agencies to resolve customer tax notices
Prepares and submits amended reports as needed
Provides tax guidance to clients and/or internal organization
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Associates Degree or higher (or experience equivalent)
3+ years payroll and/or tax experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Active working knowledge of tax rules and requirements
Canadian experience is a plus
MasterTax and payroll outsourcing experience is preferred
Must be available to start immediately
