After an extremely successful couple of years, we are looking to add an additional Product Manager to our growing team as we continue to maintain our current product while adding new features simultaneously. We have earned great reviews thanks to our phenomenal and growing technical team and we need a manager to help us continue with that success.

This position will report to our group leader, who will empower you to keep up our success of identifying customer needs and effectively executing delivery of a product that surpasses their expectations.

You Will:
  • Drive our product strategy forward in a data-driven manner 
  • Work with engineering during releases cycle to resolve issues and streamline workflows
  • Build out project plans and organize our India-based engineering teams around deliverable dates
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing before, during, and after a release to educate stakeholders 
  • Write detailed user stories, identify edge cases, and work with the engineering team to roll out features in an agile, continuous deployment environment
  • Define, monitor, and analyze metrics to guide product development and product launches and feedback those learnings to the greater team
  • Deeply understand the jobs-to-be-done of our buyers through qualitative and quantitative research, and champion their needs within our businesses
  • Prioritize requirements from stakeholders based on business and customer impact and on a sprint-by-sprint basis so that internal teams are focused on top priority work
  • Integrate usability studies, customer feedback, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Raise the bar on our customer experience by working closely with UX design and engineering teams to refine, test, and build better experiences
  • Working closely with Customer Success to understand where users require support within the platform

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in product leadership roles, including experience scaling a team through high growth at a B2B SaaS company
  • Previous experience working in software product management
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
  • Deep analytical, prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence to dive in and learn new solutions and processes without a lot of assistance
  • An interest in or experience working within the customer service/customer experience industries
  • Experience working with India-based engineering teams is a plus
