Europe
We're an international creative technology company with offices in Australia and North America. We're a talented and diverse group of creative thinkers, problem solvers, designers, writers, producers and engineers. We work alongside, and embedded within, cultural organisations to help them build people-centric interpretive experiences.

All our projects foreground place and storytelling, from our ongoing partnership with the Mona in Tasmania to our latest immersive audio experiences with the Art Gallery NSW and Rubin Museum of Art. We specialize in creating magical, content driven experiences of and about place by seamlessly blending the physical and digital world, connecting people to new ideas and stories derived from their immediate surroundings.

A bit about the role…

We are seeking expressions of interest from Project Managers in Europe to lead several projects that we are currently in conversations about. This will be the first position that we hire outside of Australia and the United States, and will likely be an initial contract of six to twelve months, with the potential to extend depending on our project pipeline. In terms of location, we are open-minded but Germany, Hungary and Switzerland are all locations of interest to us at the moment.

This role will be responsible for one or more complex experiential design and technical projects, which includes a combination of media, content, digital interactives, physical design and creative technology from acquisition through to execution. Partnering with creative and technical leads, you will be responsible for successfully delivering our projects and cultivating client relationships, while setting and managing client expectations along the way.

This role will act as a project lead, focusing on the creation of the project vision, planning documents and managing the implementation, reporting and performance of the overall project. You will oversee the internal (global) project team, managing multiple work streams, enabling creative solutions and facilitating outcomes by translating between discipline requirements.

About You

  • Extensive previous project management experience, preferably in museum digital exhibition installations
  • Demonstrated experience managing scope, risks and resources for diverse and multifaceted projects and clients
  • Have managed creative projects and client teams, as well as worked on projects that contain intersection of design, technology and content work streams
  • Proven ability to represent and present creative concepts and deliverables, the design, content and technology solution to meet the client’s goals and uphold contractual obligations
  • A strong ability to work within a global, remote team across various time zones and cultures
  • Ideally multi-lingual with excellent English as well as French being our top priorities
  • Excited to be our first team member based in Europe, with potential to help us build a small team over time
