In less than 15 minutes, customers instrument data sources with thousands of data quality metrics and anomaly detection algorithms that proactively alert them to issues. With Bigeye, data teams prevent customer-facing data outages, save expensive engineering hours, and build greater faith in the data.
At Bigeye, the SDR Manager will lead the charge in nurturing a team of SDRs to drive our sales pipeline. Your focus will be on guiding the team towards effective engagement with prospects, leveraging both creative outreach sequences and insightful data analysis to enhance lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
● Outreach Optimization:
Guide SDRs in crafting and executing outreach campaigns that resonate with our diverse customer base.
Implement best practices for sequence messaging that aligns with customer needs and interests.
Monitor and adjust campaign strategies based on performance metrics and team feedback.
● Targeted Lead Generation:
Utilize market research and customer data to inform and refine lead targeting strategies.
Oversee the maintenance of data integrity in lead management systems.
Empower the team with insights and tools to identify and engage with key decision-makers.
● Team Leadership and Development:
Build and mentor a team of SDRs, setting clear goals and benchmarks for success.
Facilitate ongoing training and development opportunities, particularly in areas of customer engagement and productivity tools.
Encourage a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
● Collaboration and Alignment:
Ensure a cohesive transition of leads from marketing to sales, maintaining a unified approach to the customer journey.
Liaise with sales and marketing to optimize the lead qualification process and ensure a seamless handoff of sales-ready leads.
Gather and act on feedback from the team to enhance lead generation and outreach tactics.
● Performance Analysis:
Regularly review team performance against sales targets and lead generation goals.
Provide insights into campaign successes and areas for improvement.
Ensure accurate tracking of SDR activities and lead progression through CRM systems.
Regularly perform call reviews and coach to improve performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not necessary. We value experience over degree.
- Experience in selling Data Tools space is a HUGE plus (Snowflake, DataDog, Alation, etc)
- Proven experience in sales development, with a track record of leading teams to meet and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and performance metrics. (Fluency in Outreach, SalesLoft, or Hubspot a big plus.)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive team performance.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Salary Expectations

Base salary of $80-90k + bonuses, depending on experience
