In 2020, Pipedrive received a majority investment from Vista Equity Partners, a global investment firm that invests exclusively in enterprise software, data and technology-enabled businesses, making Pipedrive the fifth unicorn from Estonia.You’ll be responsible for documenting and evaluating compliance activities, delivering employee training on compliance matters, handling complaints and liaising with government agencies. Your new adventure:
- Consult with the legal department and advise leadership and management on compliance issues
- Review compliance reports for legal, operational and financial damage associated with potential compliance issues
- Create and monitor corrective action reports
- Review marketing and advertising collateral to ensure its compliance
- Identify potential compliance gaps or deficiencies and evaluate our existing procedures and policies against local, state and federal regulation
- Develop gap closure plans by determining regulatory reporting requirements and keeping track of key compliance metrics
- Develop and provide employee training on compliance policies, practices and reporting systems
- Identify, investigate and report compliance issues, irregularities and violations
- Oversee our trade compliance program
- Track and respond to complaints
- Maintain records for compliance activities
- Communicate with government agencies
- Prepare and fill compliance reports
- Create a compliance resource library for management and employees to reference when they have questions
Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field
- Familiarity with trade compliance preferred
- At least two years of experience in the compliance field
- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, procedures and other relevant regulatory standards
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and confidence maintaining meticulous complaint and compliance-activity records
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong documenting and reporting skills
- Great attention to detail
- Strong moral code and sense of ethics
