About this rolePlayco is seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruiter Manager with expertise in the video game industry to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Senior Recruiter Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building a world-class workforce that will drive the success of our gaming products. Your experience and insights in the video game industry will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent to help us create innovative and engaging gaming experiences.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy tailored to the gaming industry's unique demands, ensuring the company has access to the best talent in the field.
- Talent Pipelining: Identify, engage, and build relationships with top talent in the gaming industry, maintaining a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. This is a hands-on role; you must identify, source, and deliver world-class gaming talent.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, creating and implementing recruitment plans to fill positions quickly and efficiently.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to ensure candidates' skills and experiences align with the company's culture and needs.
- Employer Branding: Continuously enhance Playco's reputation as an employer of choice within the gaming industry.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to legal requirements and industry standards.
- Proven experience as a senior recruiter or recruitment manager, with at least five years in the video game industry.
- European, North American and Asian territory Recruiting experience.
- A deep understanding of the video game industry, including gaming trends, key players, and the ability to identify top talent.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever.
- Creative thinking and a forward-looking approach to recruitment.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a passion for the gaming industry.
